Can our country club get a private-label house wine?
Yes. Vine Reserve Club's program is built for clubs that want a true house wine — your name, your crest, your seal on a California red and white. No 500-case industry minimum, no six-month lead time.
What's the case minimum?
Two cases (48 bottles) per order. Most private-label wine programs require 250-500+ cases up front; we built ours specifically so smaller clubs can carry a true house wine without warehousing a year of inventory.
How quickly can we restock?
1–2 weeks from order. Our label printer + bonded inventory are in-house, so the typical industry turnaround disappears. Clubs can reorder weekly if needed and never run dry of the house red.
Will the wine work for the dining room AND the pro shop / club store?
Yes. Many clubs use the house red for the dining room, the white for poolside and lunch, and a small case for the gift shop — same label, same SKU, no extra design fees per use.
Can we customize the label to match our club's heraldry?
Yes. Upload your club's crest, mark, or logo and the studio places it. Or generate a new crest from the club's founding date and traditional heraldic elements. Your tagline runs as the quote line.
Do you handle California ABC compliance for clubs?
Yes. We work with a licensed and bonded California estate winery operating under TTB Certificate of Label Approval. Every label ships compliant for net contents, ABV, government warning, and sulfite declaration. Clubs receive proof of compliance for their member-records.
