Entrance Policy
How do I apply?
Only active Vine Reserve Wine Club members may be considered for Vine Reserve Sol Club Founding Memberships.
Vine Reserve Wine Club members will have the opportunity to apply once they become members.
Vine Reserve Especiale members will be invited directly by the owners of Vine Reserve Club.
Founding Members will be able to enjoy access during the day and evening, reserve tee times, reserve padel courts, use NFC access, and add their license plate to their account so the property gates open automatically.
Founding Membership privileges are designed to feel similar to owning a vineyard. We are creating an ownership-style experience without the operational headaches, overhead, maintenance, and capital requirements needed to run and operate a vineyard.

General
What are Vine Reserve Club Founding Memberships?
Founding Memberships are sold as “digital assets” which include (subject to conditions) transferability and use rights of the Club’s facilities and amenities. Founding Membership does not include ownership of any of the Club’s properties.
When will Vine Reserve Club open?
For Especiale members, Q3 2027. For founding members, whenever the Founding Membership payment plan is paid off. Please refer to the roadmap for details.
What is the payment plan?
If your application is approved, the payment plan consists of 12 monthly payments after a 8% deposit to reserve your spot as a member.
Founding Membership can be utilized and becomes fully active, owned as a digital asset, upon the final successful payment.

When can I start using my Founding Membership?
The club is scheduled to open on August 8th, 2027. Founding Membership access begins only once you fully own the associated digital asset.
Can I earn passive income from my digital Founding Membership asset?
No. Vine Reserve Club Founding Memberships are not designed to generate passive income. They are exclusive access passes to a curated world of business, art, music, and celebration not financial instruments or investment vehicles. However, once your Founding Membership is fully paid, you may securely transfer or resell your digital Founding Membership asset, subject to our terms.
Is my Founding Membership considered an investment or security?
No. Vine Reserve Club Founding Memberships are digital access credentials, not securities or investments. They do not represent ownership in a business, company, or financial asset. Their sole purpose is to provide access to exclusive experiences, events, spaces, and community benefits curated by the Club.
Will Vine Reserve Club transition to blockchain technology?
Vine Reserve Club reserves the right to transition its digital Founding Memberships to blockchain technology in the future solely to enhance member experience, access, and utility. This potential upgrade is not related to investment opportunities and does not change the non-financial nature of your Founding Membership. It remains a membership that can be used as an access pass, not a financial product.
Can I pay with crypto or wire transfer?
Yes once your Founding Membership is approved, we only accept payments via: USD or Cryptocurrency

How many different types of Founding Memberships are there?
There are two different types of Founding Memberships: Founding and Especiale Founding.
Do all Founding Memberships come with the same utility?
Each Founding Membership gives you full access to the Vine Reserve Club. Especiale Members may have exclusive privileges and events reserved for them.
Is there an age requirement to be a Member?
Yes, all Members must be at least 21 years of age.
How long is a Founding Membership valid?
Founding Memberships are perpetual and require ownership of the digital asset. If the digital asset is sold, the Founding Membership is no longer valid.
Can a family member use a Founding Membership instead of the Member?
Yes, a family member may use a Founding Membership if you added them as a sub-account on the Members app. Founding Members may add their spouse and two children that are over 21 years old.
What does my Founding Membership pay for? Are F&B costs included in the Founding Membership price?
Your Founding Membership includes you in the VRC community and allows you to enjoy all the benefits of being a Member. Certain use rights including on site F&B are with additional charge. Certain special events will be subject to additional charge.
Are Members penalized for not using their Founding Membership?
No, however, we encourage all Members to enjoy the vineyard and experience.
Reservations
Does a Member need a reservation to visit the vineyard?
Yes, you do need a reservation to visit the vineyard. Make reservations online so we can plan for your arrival. The vineyard is very private and secure. Founding Membership will be verified onsite.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Up to two months before the day you want to visit.
How many reservations can a Vine Reserve member make each month?
There is no restriction except availability based on prior reservations by other Members or conflicting special events, many of which will be open for all Members. All overnight reservations will be paid for by credit or debit card or in cryptocurrency, and reserved through our official Member portal.
Is a liability waiver required prior to visits?
Yes, each Member must create a Member profile and agree to terms & conditions before they enter the property, and both Members and their guests must sign a paper waiver upon entry to the property acknowledging these terms. We expect each member to treat the vineyard as if it is their own, respect the property, and stay safe within our gates.
How many guests can a Member bring with them?
Except private event reservations, Members will be allowed to bring one guest to the vineyard (two spouses who co-own one Founding Membership are each counted for purpose of this limitation). Occupancy of Suites is limited to two persons. A Member desiring single occupancy can reserve a separate Suite for their guest.
How often can a member use the vineyard?
All Members can use the vineyard any day and night, with a valid reservation. If the vineyard is reserved for an event, we will also block out that day on the calendar.
Can I gift or make a reservation for someone else to enjoy the vineyard without the Member?
Unfortunately, not. A Member must be present with their guests to enjoy the vineyard or stay overnight.
Are Members penalized if they do not show up for their reservation and do not notify the vineyard in advance?
No, you will not be penalized if you do not show up or cancel your reservation. We strongly encourage you to notify us so we can provide the best experience for each of our Members. If this becomes a theme, we will give the Member notice. If this behavior continues, ownership reserves the right to not honor the Founding Membership.
Can a Founding Membership be revoked?
The Club reserves the right to deny future use rights to any Member who becomes violent and injures others on our property, vandalizes or destroys the vineyard, engages in similar egregious conduct, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the co-owners of Vine Reserve Club. In such circumstance, the Founding Membership will remain valid only for purposes of resale.
Can Members host events?
Yes, Members can host small events subject to availability and approval of the Club’s management. Costs and policies associated with each event will vary based on occupancy and availability. Other Members with overlapping reservation dates will still be allowed on the property. Corporate partners can block out dates and reserve the entire property for private events.
Is the vineyard open every day?
Yes, with the possible exception of major holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. The vineyard’s availability will be subject to Member reservations and capacity. However, days can be blocked out for special events and maintenance. Closures will be announced via the Member online portal.
Will transportation be provided to and from casinos or anywhere within 20 minutes of the property?
Yes, luxury transportation will be provided to Members to travel to and from nearby locations anywhere within a reasonable distance. This includes all three casinos: Harrah’s, Valley View and Palas. Transportation is complimentary but tips are appreciated for this service.
